Merci
Oui, j'ai reçu un message un peu similaire le

11/16, mais je n'ai pas compris la même chose que toi. Voilà ce que disait le message:
"You are one of the 6000+ Lifetime All-inclusive members who have supported the VRC project by committing to this premium membership, and we are very grateful for that. I want to talk to you about the future of VRC Pro, and I want to be totally frank.
In the forums I have frequently expressed my concern about the future of the VRC project because of the lack of revenues we are able to generate from new members. The financial situation, from a pure business perspective, is very bad. An initial investment of over €3.5M, and since the launch in September 2011 all net revenues (€1.2M) have been reinvested in continued maintenance, development and content production. In other words, not a euro of the initial investment has been recurred since we started. Not a good business perspective... Since 2011 we have tried several business models, and none of them has proven to be really successful.
The last business model change was the introduction of the all-inclusive memberships with the Lifetime as the premium membership with the promise that this would be the last payment you would have to make for VRC.
We do not plan to change this concept, a promise is a promise. But we can’t continue development and content production like we had before either.
To put it very bluntly, why would we continue to add any new features, new tracks or new classes to VRC Pro if new members are not providing us with sufficient revenues to at least pay for it. VRC Pro was good and complete enough when you signed up for VRC Pro as a Lifetime member and as we have been adding more tracks and classes since it should certainly be good and complete enough for new members to buy themselves a Lifetime membership.
I now have 2 options, either just
stop all development and content production to reduce operational cost,
or to raise some extra revenues from our most loyal and active members to create funding for development of new features and content. I am very proud of what we have achieved with VRC Pro, and I certainly prefer the second option knowing how much support there is for VRC Pro.
I therefore want to make a pledge to all of our loyal Lifetime All-Inclusive members and ask you for a
voluntary donation to support further development and content production.
Consider it like a crowd funding concept for VRC Lifetime members, but
whether you donate or not, you will always have access to the new features and content. I will allocate at least 50% of the revenues we will generate from these support donations to development of new features and new content. The remainder will be to cover operational cost and financial expenses.
One of the exciting new features I want to invest in would be support for VR headsets like the Oculus Rift. With the current state of this technology it has the potential to turn VRC Pro into an even more immersive and realistic r/c experience.
I have created 3 levels of support, a €20 , a €50 and a €100 support donation. It is up to you what VRC Pro is worth to you, hopefully any of these 3 donations."
"As announced on the VRC website, the premium VRC PRO Lifetime All-Inclusive license will be discontinued on Jan. 1st 2017"
Ça c'est un mail envoyé à toute leur base de donnée client, Premium ou pas. Juste pour dire qu'à partir du 1er janvier, tu pourras plus acheter de nouvel abonnement à vie, mais ça ne change rien pour ton abonnement actuel.
